Malicious Content
Distribution of malware, viruses, ransomware, or phishing links aimed at stealing user credentials.
Illegal Material
Any content that violates the laws of India or international conventions, including CSAM, non-consensual material, or incitement to violence.
Terms Violation
Spamming, automated abuse of API, or attempting to bypass security controls of the platform.
How We Handle Reports
Submission
You send a report to our Trust & Safety team with the specific URL (Q-Seal Link) and details of the violation.
Triage (24h)
Our automated systems and human moderators review the report within 24 hours. If the content is illegal, it is immediately quarantined.
Action & Removal
Verified abusive content is permanently deleted (Crypto-shredded). The uploader's IP and fingerprint are added to a blocklist.
Law Enforcement
In cases of serious criminal activity (CSAM, Terrorism), we preserve metadata and proactively report to relevant authorities (e.g., CERT-In, Cyber Crime Cell).
